Construction success is not built on a customer-supplier relationship, but rather, a partnership between all parties, from the ownership groups all the way down to the independent contractors. In line with this mentality, success is built on disciplined management, delivery, and QA from all stakeholders combined with a strong desire to deliver great work.

Our goal is not to partner with every subcontractor but rather to partner with a handful that are the right size, the right fit, the right price point, and who have the right personality. On this basis, we try to have a couple of suppliers in each category and for each type of job (e.g., small jobs, medium jobs, large jobs, commercial, residential, manufacturing).
