Holiday Inn Express & Suites St. Albert was completed in November 2020.

Our latest hotel project is a 4-storey, 120-unit hotel with a swimming pool and multi-level water slide. In collaboration with the IHG brand, Bilt worked with multiple vendors to ensure brand standards were met throughout each aspect of the hotel including, but not limited to: room design, paint, lighting, furniture, and landscaping.

Other features include a breakfast dining area, 1,500 square feet of meeting space, a pool with a waterslide, a hot tub, and a fitness room.
